2021 Oak Park Cheer Tryout Information and Materials

All-school try-out clinics for 8th graders as well as all Oak Park students:
Where: Oak Park Main Gym
When: March 22nd –March 25th
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Try-out materials including cheer, dance, and expectations will be taught at these workshops and your attendance is strongly encouraged. Please come dressed in appropriate work-out attire.

TRY-OUTS— March 26th
Where: Oak Park Aux Gym
Time: Warm up at 4pm, try-outs will begin at 4:30pm.
**If you are unavailable to attend the try-out on this date, please see a cheerleading coach about other available arrangements.

Paperwork needed in order to tryout (all items due by March 22nd):
1. Completed Tryout From
2. Physical – must be current. You can obtain the physical form in the office at Oak Park or on our district website. We must have a copy of a physical dated after Feb. 1st, 2021 to be eligible for the next two years. *See Coach Mayabb if you have a question about this.
**If paperwork is not completed and turned in before tryouts, this will negatively affect your eligibility to try out. Please stay on top of these things to ensure you have the opportunity to be involved in OP Cheer.
