Update

Hi all!

WOW! We miss cheer! Wanted to share some updates with you guys.

First off- We have no idea when we will be able to have tryouts but we will do them as safely as possible when we are given the green light. We are really hoping for June or July. We will keep you updated through email and the blog when we have more information.

In the mean time- please continue to stretch, condition your bodies and work on motions!

Workout Tips-
30 hip circles every other day (10 right, 10 left and 10 both)
Long walks, short runs or even sprints to keep up your endurance
Mix up abs, squats and push ups for 20 minutes
30 burpees a day for 30 days
Download a free workout app on your phone for quick workouts

Cheer Tips-
Keep working on jumps (if you have a safe space)
Tumbling drills, handstands and bridges (again if you have a safe space)
Watch NCA and UCA motion videos on Youtube or challenge yourself to learn one of their cheers, chants or dances!
