Here are some options for winter break workouts! Please try to do a couple so you can stay in cheer shape for the rest of the season!!
30 seconds of each- jumping jacks, planks, high knees, push ups, butt kicks, squats, jump rope (just do the motion), wall sit and REPEAT 5 times! Take a 1 minute break in between each set.
You choice of 200 abs, then 100 jumping jacks, 100 calf raises, 50 handstands, 50 reverse pushups and then end with another 200 abs.
10 of each- squats, push ups, sit ups. Repeat 10 times! Get in a long stretch including all 3 splits.
5 sets of 10 burpees, 10 lunges each leg and 10 jumping squats.
