Hey ladies! Do one thing each day to stay in cheer shape :)
- one mile and 300 abs (of your choice)
-100 squats, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 10 minute stretch
-50 tuck jumps, 40 calf raises, 30 squats, 20 leg lifts each leg, 10 lunges each leg, 3 one minute wall sits
-15 100m sprints, 300 abs and a longggg stretch
- rest day!
