Service Hours and Adopt A Family

Hello! We have a ton of service hours opportunities coming up and we know sometimes it can be a struggle to get those hours in. We have asked that all kids sign up for at least 1 event to help out and give back to Oak Park as well as those that support us.

 

Volunteer Opportunities For Hours- Please try and sign up for at least 1 thing (check next to it)

Harvesters: Wednesday, November 19 3:15pm - 6:30pm (Need to get a permission slip) _______

Craft Fair (Booster Club):

Friday, November 21, 2014 -Set-up

5:00pm – 7:30 pm - Help set up booths, drop off tables, drop off packets  _______

Saturday, November 22, 2014 – Unload, load, run lunches, tear down  _______

6:15am – 9:00am – unload crafters **will have doughnuts  _______

9:00am – 4:00pm - runners for crafters and man the entry table _______

3:45pm – 6:00pm – load crafters and tear down _______

 

Meadowbrook Pancake Breakfast/Small Mall: Saturday, December 6^th 8:15am - 11:45am _______

Clinic (not mandatory but will be a GREAT learning experience)

Saturday, November 22 9:00 a.m.-noon at Winnetonka $25 per cheerleader _______

 

We have also adopted a family for the holidays. With as many people pitching in as they can, we would love to be able to make someones Holiday a little brighter :) If you are able to contribute send whatever amount you would like with your cheerleader.
